The Quaaout Dining Room offers outstanding touches, providing the fare expected at a world class hotel. Executive Chef, Gene Dery, has designed a menu to delight all.

Our guests will find delicacies on the dinner menu which honour the 1st Nations traditions of the region such as Venison, Cedar Board Salmon Steak, Elk Ragout, Buffalo Steak and our traditional "Bird or Salmon" in Clay (24hrs notice required for Salmon or Bird in clay) to name just a few.

The discerning diner will also find a wonderful array of soups and salads as well as chicken, beef, seafood and pasta dishes.

The Quaaout Dining Room is well known for it's Sunday buffet which will tantalize everyone's palate! Be sure to bring your appetite and enjoy our famous omlette & fresh belgian waffle station, made right before your eyes.
